º. Adiciónase el artículo 5º del Decreto 864 de 1994, modificado por el Decreto 1192 de 1994, con el siguiente inciso: "Los medios de comunicación a que se refiere este artículo sólo podrán divulgar los resultados de la votación de colombianos en el exterior a partir de las dieciséis horas (16:00:00) -hora colombiana- del día 19 de junio, y en todo caso con estricta sujeción a lo dispuesto en este Decreto".
