En caso de acumulación, aprehende el conocimiento de los demás negocios, sea cual fuere el lugar donde se ventilen, el Juez que conoce del más antiguo, o el que primero decretó el embargo de losbienes, si se trata de juicios ejecutivos, observándose la regla general de que los Jueces de Circuito pueden conocer de los negocios de menor cuantía y que de los asuntos de cuantía mayor no pueden conocer los Jueces Municipales.
