Artículo quinto. El auxilio de transporte se pagará únicamente en los días en que el trabajador preste sus servicios al respectivo patrono, y cubrirá el número de viajes que tuviere que hacer para ir al lugar de trabajo y retirarse de él según el horario de trabajo. Pero si el trabajador, para trasladarse al lugar del trabajo o de éste a su residencia, necesitare dos o más vehículos, el patrono sólo estará obligado a pagar el valor del pasaje de uno de ellos, y según la tarifa indicada en el artículo 3º de este Decreto.
