El que ponga en venta o haga circular en los mercados nacionales o extranjeros productos agrícolas o industriales, con nombres, marcas o signos distintivos falsificados o alterados, incurre en la prisión de seis meses a dos años y en la multa de quinientos a tres mil pesos.
