El ICBF, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el artículo 7° de la Ley 7ª de 1979, velará por la prestación de la asistencia médica a los menores vinculados a las instituciones bajo su coordinación y que corresponde proporcionar a otras Entidades. El Ministerio de Salud por su parte, tomará las medidas administrativas requeridas para que esa asistencia sea permanente y gratuita. VI. DE LA PROTECCIÓN PREVENTIVA
