El Ministerio de Comunicaciones velará porque las concesiones otorgadas para prestar el servicio de radiodifusión sonora, se desarrollen dentro de los términos de las mismas, las disposiciones legales vigentes y las contenidas en los Convenios Internacionales ratificados por Colombia. Además, tramitará todos los asuntos relacionados con radiodifusión sonora ante la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones, UIT, o sus organismos reguladores. CAPITULO II.
