Artículo veinticinco. La División de Investigaciones Especiales de la Dilección General de Aduanas deberá abrir un registro de las personas vinculadas al tráfico ilegal de azúcar y sus productos, con el fin de que el Gobierno tome las medidas que considere convenientes, tales como hacer efectivas la suspensión de sus actividades como distribuidoras, mayoristas o exportadoras, decretarles la suspensión de los servicios oficiales o semioficiales de fomento, crédito y otros similares y establecer severa vigilancia sobre sus actividades.
