Si se tratare del ejercicio del cargo de Procurador General de la Nación, Fiscal del Consejo de Estado, Fiscal del Tribunal Superior o Abogado de la Nación en la jefatura de una sección o departamento administrativo, el tiempo de ejercicio se acreditará con una certificación que deberá expedir el funcionario ante quien se deba tomar posesión del empleo conforme a la Ley.
