Art. 15. Dicha cuenta será examinada y fenecida, é incorporada en la suya, por el Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional á quien deba rendirse. Este empleado puede exigir fianza al empleado local á quien corresponda la recaudación del impuesto y determinara la cuantía de la fianza y la manera de constituirla, teniendo en cuenta la importancia del impuesto en la respectiva localidad.
