Fíjanse las siguientes tarifas anuales del impuesto de timbre nacional establecido por el numeral 2º. del artículo 14 de la Ley 2ª. de 1976 y regulado por el numeral 2º. del artículo 1º. del Decreto 3674 de 1981:

a)

Vehículos automotores de servicio particular, incluidas las motocicletas con motor de más de 185 c.c. de cilindrada:

Hasta $ 350.000 de valor comercial: ocho por mil; Entre $ 350.001 y $ 700.000 de valor comercial: doce por mil;

Entre $ 700.001 y $ 1.200.000 de valor comercial: dieciséis por mil; Entre

$ 1'200.001 y $ 2'000.000 de valor comercial: veinte por mil.

$ 2'000.001 o más del valor comercial: veinticinco por mil.

b)

Vehículos de carga de dos y media toneladas o más:

Hasta $ 350.000 de valor comercial: ocho por mil;

Entre $ 350.001 y $ 700.000 de valor comercial: doce por mil;

$ 700.001 o más de valor comercial: dieciséis por mil.
