º Adiciónase el artículo 2.1.2.2.5 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con la siguiente letra: "m) Actuar como representante de los tenedores de bonos, salvo en los casos de las incompatibilidades previstas en el artículo 28 del Decreto 1026 de 1990 y normas que lo adicionen o reformen, siempre que sean autorizadas para el efecto por la Superintendencia Bancaria".
