º El inciso 3º del artículo 12 del Decreto 2998 de 1977, quedará así: Si el contribuyente es responsable del impuesto sobre las ventas no será necesario incluir en la relación de pagos de los años gravables de 1976 y 1977, los que se encuentren en las relaciones bimestrales de compras que se presentaron con las declaraciones de ventas del respectivo año.
