Art. 163. Las fianzas de que tratan los artículos anteriores servirán tambien para que el introductor pueda hacer el pago de los derechos en la Teeoreria jeneral, por medio de libranzas jiradaa a favor de esta oficina, pagaderas a tres dias de vista, i observándose lo prevenido en los artículos 148, 162 i 166.
