Las secciones en que hoy se divide el juicio de sucesión por causa de muerte, se considerarán como independientes para los efectos de aplicar la nueva ley. Las secciones iniciadas al empezar a regir este Código, seguirán tramitándose, hasta que fenezcan, según la ley vigente cuando se iniciaron.
