Esta lista se remitirá al Concejo Municipal para Su custodia en el archivo de la oficina. El Concejo Municipal es responsable de la conservación de ese documento, y su pérdida ó alteración lo hará responsable á una multa de cincuenta pesos y al costo que ocasione la formación de un nuevo censo del Municipio, formado por comisionados remunerados del mismo Municipio.
