Cada escuela primaria o complementaria urbana de dos o más grupos tendrá un director y tantos maestros seccionales como años de estudio se cursen en ella. El director tendrá a cargo suyo, además de las funciones de dirección, coordinación y control, la enseñanza de uno de los años escolares.
