Son inadmisibles las solicitudes de registro de marcas de fábrica, comercio o agricultura que versen sobre marcas ya registradas a favor de otra persona y para distinguir artículos de la misma naturaleza. Así lo declarará de oficio el Ministerio del ramo y será nula la nueva inscripción si por cualquier motivo llegare a hacerse.
