INCAPACIDAD ADQUIRIDA COMO CONSECUENCIA DE VIOLACIÓN DE NORMAS. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que adquieran incapacidades al realizar actos que impliquen violación de la ley, reglamentos u órdenes no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, ni al pago de indemnización alguna, a menos que sean declarados exentos de responsabilidad mediante informativo.
