º . Adiciónase el artículo 3º del Decreto 4760 del 30 de diciembre de 2005 con el siguiente

Parágrafo 4

Así mismo, el Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, podrá retirar la postulación que haya remitido a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, de acuerdo con el presente artículo, cuando considere que el desmovilizado ha incumplido con los compromisos de no incurrir en nuevas conductas delictivas. En cuyo caso, el Fiscal General de la Nación ordenará cesar de inmediato toda actuación que se tramite en el marco de la Ley 975 de 2005 con relación a esa persona, e informará a las demás autoridades judiciales para los efectos legales correspondientes".
