Artículo cuart o : Igualmente y para los fines de los artículos anteriores, se tendrá en cuenta que, según la ley, la creación, restauración, renovación, conservación, protección, mejoramiento y aprovechamiento de los recursos turísticos nacionales y el fomento del turismo son de utilidad pública e interés social y que es función de la Corporación demandar la expropiación de las zonas urbanas o rurales, monumentos u obras declaradas como recursos turísticos nacionales.
