Artículo sexto . La providencia que expida el Ministerio de Salud deberá publicarse en el DIARIO OFICIAL o Gaceta Departamental según el caso y el costo de la misma será por cuenta del interesado, a quien se le entregará copia de la resolución para lo pertinente.
