Toma de decisiones. Las decisiones del Consejo se adoptarán por mayoría simple y el quórum deliberatorio y decisorio será el que corresponda a un número plural de sus miembros.

Parágrafo

Cuando se presenten empates al votarse una decisión, dicho empate será dirimido por el delegado del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. (Art. 12 Decreto 611 de 2002)
