°. Presentación de informes. Las entidades, incluidas en el ámbito de aplicación de este decreto, presentarán la información consolidada con corte trimestral de acuerdo a las siguientes fechas: FECHA DE CORTE: FECHA LIMITE DE PRESENTACION 31 DE MARZO 30 DE ABRIL 30 DE JUNIO 31 DE JULIO 30 DE SEPTIEMBRE 31 DE OCTUBRE 31 DE DICIEMBRE 15 DE MARZO DEL AÑO SIGUIENTE

Parágrafo 1

El primer reporte a través del FUT se deberá presentar con fecha de corte 31 de diciembre de 2007.

Parágrafo 2

Las fechas de presentación de la información podrán ser prorrogadas por el Contador General de la Nación, previa autorización de la Comisión Interinstitucional de que trata el artículo quinto (5°) del presente decreto.
