ARTICULO 91 . Deducción de tiempo por condena. El tiempo de condena privativa de la libertad personal, decretada por la Justicia Penal Militar o la Ordinaria, no se considera como de actividad para efectos del cómputo de tiempo de servicio para el reconocimiento de asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones sociales.
