Protocolización de certificados y/o documentos. Una vez acreditadas las condiciones señaladas en los artículos 2.1.8.1 y 2.1.8.2 del presente título, los notarios deberán incluir en la escritura pública respectiva que el negocio jurídico se encuentra exento de derechos notariales, de conformidad con el artículo 119 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, y protocolizar los certificados y/o documentos mencionados. Los referidos documentos serán suficientes para acreditar ante las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos la exención de los derechos registrales”.
