º. (Transitorio). Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo precedente, las certificaciones ya expedidas de conformidad con los Decretos allí mencionados, tendrán validez para la obtención de Certificados de Cambio, durante sesenta (60) días, contados a partir de la fecha en la cual éntre (sic) a regir el presente Decreto. Expirado este término caducarán las certificaciones en referencia, y para tener derecho al uso de Certificados de Cambio para fletes, los importadores deberán acogerse a lo dispuesto en este Decreto.
