Las medidas de salvaguardia provisionales establecidas en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, rigen durante el desarrollo de la investigación abierta mediante Resolución 249 del 16 de agosto de 2005, y hasta la adopción de las medidas definitivas. El período de aplicación de estas medidas provisionales, se sumará al período total de aplicación de las medidas definitivas.
