Falta grave para Servidores Públicos. Los servidores públicos que contraten con Cooperativas o Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado a través de las cuales se configure intermediación laboral, incurrirán en falta grave que podrá ir hasta la destitución, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Código Único Disciplinario.
