º. Autorizar a la empresa Minerales de Colombia S.A. -Mineralco S. A.-, titular del Aporte Minero número 20853 para contratar directamente con Cerro Matoso S. A., un proyecto de gran minería para la exploración y explotación de minerales de níquel y asociados dentro del área de dicho aporte.

Parágrafo

El negocio jurídico que de ella se desprenda se regirá por las normas contenidas en el Capítulo IX del Código de Minas.
