El administrador, dueño o empleado de prendería, o establecimiento donde se adquieran objetos con pacto de retroventa, que negocie con persona que no se identifique debidamente ni declare la procedencia legítima de los bienes, u omita dejar testimonio escrito de estas circunstancias con la firma del contratante en libro foliado y registrado en cámara de comercio, incurrirá en multa de trescientos a veinte mil pesos.
