Sanciones. La persona natural o jurídica nacional o extranjera, pública o privada, que incumpla lo establecido en este Decreto estará sujeta a las sanciones previstas en el artículo 80 del Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984 que imponga DIMAR, sin perjuicio de las que corresponde aplicar a las demás entidades.
