° Llegado el término fijado por las leyes 15 a y 56 de 1884 y por el presente decreto, los que hayan llenado las condiciones establecidas en los artículos anteriores presentarán en la Secretaría de Fomento la solicitud del caso, para que el Poder Ejecutivo se cerciore, por los medios que juegue más conveniente., de que los peticionarios son acreedores á la prima ofrecida.
