El Gobierno organizará una Sección de Información y Propaganda en los Consulados de la plazas extranjeras que estime convenientes, con el objeto de fomentar los intereses comerciales de la República y en especial con el de procurar el desarrollo del consumo de los productos colombianos.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores se entenderá con el de Agricultura y Comercio para la mayor eficacia de esta Ley.
