° Los documentos que deban acompañar la solicitud de inscripción de los laboristas clínicos serán los siguientes: Comprobante de identidad personal; Hoja de servicios; Nombre del título; Facultad que lo expidió y fecha, y Certificaciones, de acuerdo con lo fijado en el inciso c) del artículo 2°.
