Restablecimiento de la inscripción en el SIMEV . Cuando haya operado la suspensión preventiva de que trata el literal c) del artículo 6° de la Ley 964 de 2005, se reestablecerá la respectiva inscripción una vez se haya acreditado ante la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, que se han subsanado las causas que dieron lugar a la adopción de dicha medida. En caso de suspensión de la inscripción, a título de sanción, en algún registro de los que componen el SIMEV, una vez vencido el término de la misma, se reestablecerá la respectiva inscripción con todos sus efectos.
