°. Objeto . El presente decreto legislativo tiene por objeto la implementación específica para el sector de agricultura y desarrollo rural, de las medidas de emergencia económica, social y ecológica en el departamento de La Guajira, de conformidad con la declaratoria que en cumplimiento del artículo 215 de la Constitución Política de 1991, efectuó el Gobierno nacional mediante Decreto Legislativo número 1085 del 2 de julio de 2023.
