Articulo 5 º. Cuando por error en la liquidación de un contribuyente, éste hubiere comprado una cantidad de acciones superior a la que en realidad le correspondía suscribir, el excedente podrá aplicarlo a una suscripción subsiguiente, o cederlas a un tercero para que éste cumpla con las obligaciones que determina el Decreto número 4051 de 1949. En dicho caso, la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río S. A., hará el traspaso de los títulos al nuevo propietario.
