- APUESTAS MUTUAS. El Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá y los municipios en donde se realice el espectáculo podrán gravar las apuestas conocidas bajo la denominación de "mutuas" o sus equivalentes, organizadas o que se organicen con base en los resultados de eventos hípicos, deportivos o similares (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 229, concordado Constitución Política, art. 322).
