Las citaciones se trasmitirán por telégrafo o teléfono, según las facilidades de la oficina, y podrán, si lo quisiere el interesado, llevar un texto complementario que se cobrará a razón de $ 0-02 la palabra. Los empleados de las respectivas oficinas cuidarán de que los avisos sean entregados al destinatario oportunamente.
