Además de la información descrita en el artículo 6° del presente decreto, el solicitante deberá presentar estudios preclínicos ( in-vivo y/o in-vitro ) y ensayos clínicos con el medicamento biológico objeto de la evaluación en los desenlaces clínicos relevantes, dando cuenta de los atributos mencionados en el artículo 4° del presente decreto.
