Orden da precedencia de Representantes Diplomáticos extranjeros. De acuerdo con el Decreto 1091 de 1945 (marzo 23), el orden de precedencia de los representantes diplomáticos extranjeros es el siguiente

Nuncio y Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario.

Inter-Nuncio y Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario.

Encargados de Negocios Ad-interim.

Auditor y Consejero.

Primeros Secretarios.

Segundos Secretarios.

Agregados militares, navales y aéreos por su graduación.

Agregados especializados y civiles.
