Decreto 1293 de 2003 · por el cual se suprime el Instituto Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura, INPA y se ordena su liquidación.

º. Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades. El Instituto Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura, INPA en Liquidación, conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su liquidación.

Parágrafo

El INPA en liquidación continuará otorgando hasta por el término de un mes, contado a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, las autorizaciones, permisos, patentes, concesiones y salvoconductos relacionadas con la pesca y acuicultura.
