Secretaría Técnica. El Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio iniciará ejerciendo durante el primer año la Secretaría Técnica del Comité a través de la Dirección de Política y Regulación del Viceministerio de Agua y Saneamiento Básico. No obstante, dicha secretaría podrá rotar con la Dirección de Asuntos Ambientales, Sectorial y Urbana del Viceministerio de Políticas y Normalización Ambiental del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, de acuerdo con lo que se defina en el reglamento interno del Comité.
