Las disminuciones del subsidio familiar, rigen a partir de la fecha cuando se haya producido el hecho que las determina. Los interesados están en la obligación de dar el aviso correspondiente, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Si no lo hicieren, el Ministerio ordenará el descuento de una suma igual al doble de lo que hubieren percibido en exceso.
