Autorizase al Gobierno para adquirir con destino al Colegio Olaya Herrera, la propiedad de un inmueble del expresado en el artículo 3o. de la Ley 73 de 1937 , en el mismo Municipio de Guateque, si lo juzgare más conveniente el Gobierno para la debida efectividad de dicha Ley. Igualmente queda autorizado el Gobierno para invertir las sumas apropiadas en el presupuesto de la vigencia en curso, por cualquier concepto, para el Colegio Olaya Herrera, de Guateque, en la adquisición del inmueble o construcción del edificio adecuado para el plantel.
