La persona que se crea con derecho a exigir del Estado un reconocimiento pecuniario a titulo de recompensa, pensión, jubilación u otro de la misma naturaleza establecido en una ley, dirigirá su solicitud al Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio al cual corresponda. A la demanda se le dará la tramitación que le es propia, de acuerdo con las disposiciones en vigencia.
