El culpable de uno de los delitos previstos en losArtículos anteriores, que lo cometa para salvar su propio honor o el de su mujer, de su descendiente de su hijo adoptivo o de su hermana o para evitar sevicias inminentes, incurrirá en prisión por veinte días a dos años.
