° Dentro de los veinte días siguientes a la fecha en que se haga la publicación ordenada en el artículo anterior, cualquier ciudadano podrá impugnar la petición de un candidato, por no ser éste el autor del proyecto o el ejecutor de la obra que invoca, acompañando las pruebas de su aseveración.
