Elección de Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores para Justicia y Paz. Los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores que se creen en virtud de la Ley 975 de 2005, serán elegidos por la Sala Plena de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de listas enviadas por la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, las cuales serán elaboradas siguiendo para el efecto el mismo procedimiento señalado en el artículo 53 de la Ley 270 de 1996.
