El procedimiento que debe seguirse en los sumarios y causas de contrabandos de aceites y grasa lubricantes, será el mismo que rige actualmente para los contrabandos de aduanas, y los denunciantes y aprehensores tendrán derecho a las participaciones fijadas por las leyes y decretos de aduanas.
